I’ve come here 100 times since it opened. This place is very well run, and I consistently have a very good experience. If you need anything, the staff is very responsive and friendly.

Don’t trust what the employees tell you. I was told I’d get a 30‑day trial and that it would not auto‑renew on my credit card. Thirty days later, the charge shows up anyway. Completely misleading and not what I agreed to. Edit: Thanks for the reply. Please make sure your employees are trained on what you’re telling me here. I specifically said I didn’t want the service if it was a monthly charge, and they repeatedly assured me it wasn’t. I also called the number you list, and they told me the only way to resolve it was to go back to the store—because you can’t contact them directly. So that was a waste of time on the phone and in person. Not a great experience.

This place is a great place to get your car wash. Everybody here is always nice! especially Keon. He has great work ethic and he was made sure that I was taken care of. He even offered to clean my car matts! 5 stars just because of him! Give him a raise!

Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Victory Drive is hands down the best car wash in Savannah! Alfonso and his team truly go above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a car that looks brand new. From the moment you pull in, you’re greeted with smiles and exceptional service. Alfonso’s attention to detail is unmatched — he personally ensures that every car is spotless, and the staff work like a well-oiled machine. My car hasn’t been this clean since I drove it off the lot! The team even gave me some tips on maintaining the shine between washes. If you’re looking for top-tier service and a squeaky-clean car, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Tidal Wave for anyone who wants their car to sparkle and shine! Five stars all the way!
